Kelly L. Sturman
Kelly earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia in 2008 and her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2011. While in law school, Kelly focused predominately on criminal law and trial advocacy. Kelly was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity during her time in law school. She used that passion and knowledge in her work interning with the Public Defender Offices in Charlottesville and the City of Richmond where she handled a variety of misdemeanor cases. Kelly is dedicated to be a strong and passionate advocate for all of her clients regardless of the situation. Since her admission to the Bar, Kelly has zealously worked to defend her clients on traffic, misdemeanor, and felony charges in both the General District and Circuit Courts of this Commonwealth. She has been admitted to all State Courts of Virginia and is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Henrico Bar, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Kelly joined Parcell, Webb & Baruch, PC in February of 2014 and currently practices in the areas of criminal and traffic defenses, plaintiff personal injury, and simple wills.
