Jed C. Patterson
Jed earned his B.A. from the University of Maine in 2002 and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2008. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the State of Maine. Jed began practicing law in 2008 and spent over seven years in public service as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Richmond. During his years of prosecuting, Jed handled hundreds of bench trials and dozens of jury trials, including DUIs, property crimes, drug offenses, vehicular manslaughters and homicides. Jed also served as head of animal prosecutions and taught at the Richmond Police Academy. Jed has advanced training in DUIs and complex violent crimes. Jed's practice concentrates on defending traffic and criminal cases, as well as family law and representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
